The Site is an Internet-based venue where Clients and Coaches use our platform for online coaching. JKG Enterprises LLC created, and continues to host, maintain, and provide the Site (Site Services). To access private online videoconference and text-based coaching (Coaching Services), you must register for a JKGentLLC Account (Account) and become a Client.
To register for an Account, you must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information in your registration. JKG Enterprises LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including providing false or misleading information.
JKG Enterprises LLC is not a party to the coaching relationship between Client and Coach. JKG Enterprises LLC selects qualified Coaches, introduces Clients to Coaches and makes the Site Services available to enable online payment and delivery of Coaching Services. JKG Enterprises LLC does not direct, has no control over, makes no representations, and does not guarantee the quality of Coaching Services or the ability of Coaches to deliver Coaching Services satisfactory to Clients. The coaching relationship exists exclusively between Client and Coach and the Client pays his or her Coach for Coaching Services. If you have questions or concerns about the coaching relationship, please raise these directly with the Coach.
JKG Enterprises LLC offers coaching services only, and does not offer mental health psychotherapy or any other type of state-regulated mental health services. Although a Coach may be licensed to practice mental health counseling or psychology, she is not doing so throughJKG Enterprises LLC
Client payments are made in advance through the purchase of credits. For ease of administration, Client payments are made through the Site. When a Coach delivers pre-paid Coaching Services, JKG Enterprises LLC will credit the Coach and then deduct a service fee that JKG Enterprises LLC earns for introducing Clients to Coaches and for providing Site Services.
You agree that you will not make unjustified requests for a refund in respect or unjustified chargeback requests of your payment card provider in relation to any Transaction or tip to a Angel. If we consider that any request for a refund or chargeback request was made by you in bad faith, we have the right to suspend or delete your User account.

Subscription Terms & Conditions
- To be able to enter into our Angel Chat, you must first add a payment card to your account and then click the ‘Submit’ button on the form.
- You authorize us and our subsidiary companies to supply your payment card details to a third-party payment provider for the purpose of processing your Chat Subscription Payment. All Chat Payments will be charged in USD. Your payment card provider may charge you currency conversion fees. We do not have control over currency exchange rates or charges imposed by your payment card provider or bank and we and our subsidiary companies will not be responsible for paying any charges or fees imposed by your payment card provider or bank.
- If you choose to provide details of two or more payment cards, then if you try to make a Chat Payment from the first card and the card is rejected for any reason, then the other payment card will be used to collect the full Chat Payment.
- The payment provider will take (i) periodic payments from your payment card for Chat Payments which are Subscriptions. You authorize and consent to each of these payments being debited using your supplied payment card details.
- All Subscriptions to our Angel Chat will automatically renew at the end of the relevant subscription period, except if your payment card is declined, the subscription price for the Subscription has increased. This means that if you want to stop subscribing to our Angel Chat and paying continuing monthly subscription charges, you will need to email admin@thesincenter.com
- If you cancel a Subscription you will continue to be permitted to view the relevant Angel Chat until the end of the subscription period in which you cancelled, after which no further payments will be taken from your payment card in respect of subscriptions to Angel Chat (unless you choose to pay for a new Subscription), and you will no longer be able to view the Chat.
