What it’s Really Like to be a Dominant

D/s

As a Dominant, I often come across as someone who demands respect and obedience.  Beneath the surface; however, I take immense pride in the responsibility that comes with this important role.

Having someone trust you and want to be cared for in a consensual relationship is a heavy but rewarding responsibility.  Building trust with my submissive is one of the most important parts of my job.

Through that trust comes the knowledge that I’m there to help guide them, both physically and emotionally, on new experiences.  From their first time being flogged to a wild journey through the world of BDSM, each step taken is with the utmost respect and care.

I put myself out on the line to ensure that my submissive is as comfortable and safe as possible while exploring in all kinds of ways: through discussion, games, activities, and physicality.

At the end of the day, I take immense joy and pride in knowing that my submissive has grown and learned through the experience.  Trust and respect are earned, on both sides.
